Upcoming Webinar: Preventing Child Overweight and Obesity: Raising Children to be Competent Eaters 

Child overweight can be prevented from birth with optimum, stage-related feeding based on Ellyn Satter’s division of responsibility with feeding.  Optimum feeding raises children to be competent eaters: To enjoy eating, to have positive food acceptance and food regulation skills, and to participate happily in family meals. This webinar targets ages Birth through Preteen and is two parts;  one hour sessions each and takes place on the following dates: January 12th and January 19th at 11:00 AM PST.
