Healthy Spaces, Healthy People is a new website from the Los Angeles Unified School District, Alliance for a Better Community, and the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health’s Project RENEW that provides centralized information and resources on joint use agreements to support community access to safe places to play.

The Chef’s Move to School Program launched a new website to make it easier for chefs and schools to form partnerships.  The program matches professional chefs with area schools and students can take part in cooking demonstrations, school gardens, and other hands-on activities that focus on healthy eating.
