Executive Director position for Casa Latinos Unidos de Benton County
POSITION STATUS: HALF-TIME TEMPORARY (20 HOURS/WEEK) (With possibility of becoming full time)
POSITION SUMMARY: Interim Executive Director
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THIS POSITION: Oversees and manages all operations and programs of a small non-profit agency that
serves Latino Families in Corvallis and surrounding areas.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A Four-year College/University degree in Humanities, Science, Education,
Community Development, Social Work/Human Services, or Health Promotion/Public Health and
work experience in at least one of the following: education, community development, health
promotion, program development and implementation in programs serving Hispanic Community.
Bicultural and strong Spanish/English oral and literacy skills. A Graduate/Advanced Degree preferred.
The person this position must possess a valid driver’s license. Position may require use of a personal vehicle.
