The Transformation Center
TWO Transformation Analyst job openings. While the Transformation Analysts will work on a wide variety of issues, the OPA 4 position is geared toward someone with a clinical background, preferably in behavioral health; and the OPA 3 position is designed for someone who has experience in community engagement and promoting health equity. However, we encourage all interested candidates to apply, even if they lack significant experience in these areas. The closing date is Jan. 23. Center for Human Development, Inc. is seeking to fill an exciting new Regional Public Health Coordinator position.
Position will coordinate activities of a regional consortium of local public health authorities and the Eastern Oregon Coordinated Care Organization. Position will  focus on a program creating systems that support implementation of evidence based practices in the area of maternal and child health. Position will lead regional collaborative efforts to implement universal developmental screenings systems and prenatal home visiting aimed at achieving the Triple Aim of better health, better care, and lower costs.

BSN, RN preferred, or formal training and experience in public health/population based prevention.  Experience with local public health or health care settings.  Frequent travel and must have reliable transportation and valid Oregon driver’s license.  Must pass a criminal history background investigation.   Great benefit package with excellent retirement.  Salary commensurate with experience. Manager, Youth Activism
Washington, DC; Salary range is low to mid 50k’s based on experience with EXCELLENT benefits.
The program development (PD) department works collaboratively with external community and national stakeholders, and interdepartmentally, to advance community-specific tobacco-related health equity issues. The mission of PD is to “strengthen the capacity of organizations, institutions and leaders impacting low socio-economic (LSES) status and youth populations, to advocate for an increase in health equity.”
The Manager supports the development and implementation of Legacy’s Youth Activism Programs including the Youth Activism Fellowship, Youth Leadership Institute, Youth Engagement Alliance for Tobacco control, and other Program Development/ Legacy youth-related initiatives as assigned.
